Our hotel in Ayvalik – Sarimsakli, one of the beautiful Aegean resorts, is only 250 m. to the wide and fine sandy beach . In the private beach area of our hotel, our customers can benefit from umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. It is 1 km from the center of Sarımsaklı, 8 km from Ayvalık, 12 km from the Cunda peninsula and 4 km from the devilplate which has a fantastic panoramic view.

Our hotel has a total of 100 rooms, 72 standard rooms (max.3 people), 12 superior and 16 family rooms (max.5 people). Reception, safety deposit boxes, elevator, non-smoking restaurant, a nice lobby, lobby – bar, pool and snack bar, meeting room for 100 people, doctor, car rental service, laundry service, generator, large swimming pools, There are 2 water slides, children’s and baby pools, children’s playground, table tennis, billiards, kicker and beachvolleyball.

Quality in Service and Service

Thanks to you, our customers, we celebrated the 35th anniversary of our hotel The hotel section was built in 1984 and the family rooms in 1994 on a total area of 5000 m². Various renovations were made in service departments, pools, rooms and bathrooms in 2003, 2013, 2015 and 2019.
All modifications and innovations aim to increase the quality of the services we provide to our customers. Our hotel has 5 floors and the ground floor includes only service departments. On the first floor, there is the main restaurant where we serve breakfast and dinner. The second floor there is a Panorama-Bar and a meeting room. On the other floors, there are customer rooms.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is to provide quality service to our customers in a peaceful atmosphere. All service departments and indoor areas are air-conditioned. The Family Rooms section is right next to the hotel facility and surrounds the pool. There is also a playground for our little guests in the pool section of our hotel. We are sure that your children will have fun playing on the swing and slide.

Tabletennis, Beachvolleyball, Kicker, Billardo, Kanu, Windsurf (private course is paid), bicycle tour, beach or forest ride and PADI, CMAS diving schools in Ayvalık, Boat Tours and Mount Ida Tours

There is a children’s and baby pool, a playground for our little guests and a fun 6-meter-long Snake-Water slide in the children’s pool, as well as a separate pool for our 30-meter double turnstile slide. For our guests traveling with children, 100% discount for up to 6 years old and 50% for 7-12 years old. Baby chairs are available in the restaurant.

A trip to Devil’s Table is organized to watch the sunset twice a week. Watching the surrounding islands and this wonderful view will give you an unforgettable pleasure. Private dinning at our terrace or take a trip with the boat from Ayvalık to Cunda island during the sunset and enjoy your meal directly by the sea. 

Kicker, American Billiards, Backgammon, Rummy, Dart and Playing cards are available at our hotel.

Ayvalık, a small and charming district located only 8 km away, attracts many local and foreign tourists from the surrounding provinces. Especially on Thursdays, people of the surrounding villages flock to Ayvalık because of the Ayvalık market. It is possible to come across old Turkish – Greek architectures in the inner parts of the city. There are 22 islands of various sizes in and around Ayvalık. You can explore these fascinating natural islands with daily yacht or boat tours. Every morning around 11:00 – 11:30, boats sail from Ayvalık port and Sarımsaklı coast for sightseeing. Also excursions are organized to; ancient Bergama (55 km),  Ida Mountains (50 km), Troy (170 km), Assos-Behramkale (80 km) and Ephesus (200 km).
Ayvalık downtown and Cunda peninsula, which are located near our facility are offering beautiful old towns and landscapes.  Also Küçükköy and our whole region offers a unique culture. The Nature Park with its architecture, unique features, clean air, sparkling sea, 22 islands, underwater flora and fauna, an atmosphere that inspires artists, unique cuisine and intellectual people, its a paradise on earth.
